  2. Call us at 250-354-2334 and we can take your credit card details over the phone.
  3. Donations by cheque, can be mailed to: Kootenay Lake Hospital Foundation, 3 View Street, Nelson, BC  V1L 2V1.
  4. Donations may be dropped off in person at the Foundation office.  We are located in the Kootenay Lake Hospital lobby. We are open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
