CarePlan is our monthly donor plan. It offers the ease of expressing your generosity and caring concern for our community Hospital in low monthly contributions.

Your donation of $5, $10, $25 or even $100 per month will help sustain our hospital, providing ongoing funding for much needed medical equipment.

Donations can be made by automatic deductions from your bank account or credit card. And you may cancel your subscription to CarePlan any time by contacting the Hospital Foundation office.

Each January, a charitable tax receipt will be sent to you for the prior year.

When you join CarePlan, your donation will go to where the need for equipment is greatest.
